Sankofa Natural Spices

We always use spices in making food. For years, they have impacted the sensory characteristics of our foods; the flavor, aroma, color, piquancy and even texture. More interestingly, spices have been confirmed to have numerous nutritional benefits if consumed in their natural state.

Sankofa Natural Spices is made of only natural ingredients as provided by nature. We do not add any preservatives or color or artificial ingredients. We simply formulate them in their natural forms to create unique blends for all food types.

Our formulations are made naturally with ginger, cayenne pepper, black pepper, Bayleaf, star anise, anise seed (nkitinkiti), cloves (pepre), grains of paradise (efom wisa), Ashanti pepper (esuro wisa), rosemary, fenugreek, fennel seed, coriander, prekese, etc.

We recognize that all types of consumers, even those on special dietary plans, use some of these, at least one, in their food preparations. Some of these spices are therefore good for everybody and for all types of dishes.
