William Acheampong is married with two children and serves as the Resource Optimization

Manager at GoldCoast Food, Herbs, and Spices Limited Manager with the responsibility of

ensuring the optimization of all Financial Resources, Budgets, and Fixed assets of the company,

Manage Finances and Cash efficiently based on International best practices and Industry

standards, Manage Financial records and information efficiently and thoroughly and ensure full

compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and applicable laws regarding Financial

Management and reporting.

He has served in this role for 6 years. His focus is to ensure, the overall Financial management

in the company, full compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements including, but

not limited to, taxes, GRA, and Social Security, Analyzing and reporting of financial

information for internal use by management, and making sure the financial statements of the

company comply fully with all the accounting standards set out by the International

Accounting Standard Board (IASB) and the laws of Ghana to prevent any future financial

liabilities.

He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG) and a Master’s Degree

holder in Accounting and Finance. Before his current role at GoldCoast Food Herbs and Spices

Limited, he has served as a Project Associate at Pricewater Coopers(PwC), Ghana, Finance and

Administrative Manager at Prospectus Ghana Limited, Personal Banker at Consolidated Bank

Ghana ( CBG ) and Erstwhile Heritage Bank Limited, Ghana.

He has key skills in excellent planning and organizing skills, financial analysis, problem

solving, and attention to detail which has contributed immensely in all the companies he has

worked with.
