Edem Kwasi Dunyo (BSc. PMP)

Edem Dunyo is the Development Manager at GoldCoast Food, Herbs & Spices Limited. Prior to that, he

served as Pre-packaging Manager, Quality Enhancement Manager, Production Manager and the Business

Support Manager in the same company in a span of seven (7) years. Mr. Dunyo is a passionate and driven

food developer with about eight (8) years’ experience in the food industry. He is also a professional

Project Manager and a member of the Project Management Institute’s Ghana Chapter.

He has served in varied areas of the company, handling production, quality, projects, facility

maintenance, transport and procurement at various points. He currently manages product development,

product and process integrity, international market entry, all projects, compliance and general internal

services of the company.

He has a Bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from the University of Ghana, Legon. He

also obtained a Project Management Professional Certificate in 2020. He has played and key role in the

development of most of the products under GoldCoast Food. Notable of them are five new varieties of

Sankofa (Jollof, Ginger & Garlic, Curry, Fish, Noodles) and the Deedew brand in 2023.

He has a drive for learning, analysis, strategy, business and product development and aims to be the best-

wherever he finds himself.
